Erica Buege, a communication major concentrating in public relations and advertising, is a 2012 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
Erica is currently working as a summer intern in the public relations department of the Puyallup Fair. Previously, she held the position of Public Relations Associate with PLU’s award-winning multimedia organization, MediaLab. As a member of this invitation-only program, she assisted clients with marketing campaigns and oversaw public relations, social media, and event planning projects. During summer 2011, she completed an internship in Seattle with MWW Group, one of the nation’s top five independent public relations firms. Erica spent Spring 2011 studying abroad in Palmerston North, New Zealand, and is consequently interested in pursuing a career in global communication.
Erica enjoys playing the piano, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family in her hometown of Yakima, WA.
